With 20+ years of experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, quality, and PMO, Cherie Goodenough is versatile generalist with a range of hard skills and a proactive attitude. She is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Taking a cross-functional approach, Ms Goodenough has successfully led major strategic initiatives involving process design, continuous improvement, project management, and program management. She has extensive experience working in a variety of compliance and regulatory environments, including with FDA registered manufacturers of Class III medical devices, and defense contractors under ITAR and NIST. Her technical expertise in management information systems makes her an invaluable partner in digital transformation and system supported strategic projects, designing processes that leverage your existing systems or drive enterprise system selection and implementation.

I once had a boss who said that my job description was "finding whatever is broken and fixing it." It was a great job! I thrive when change is in the air. I have made a wonderful career of helping teams navigate uncertainty, showing them how to turn it to their advantage and teaching them how to do so when, inevitably, the next upheaval comes along.
I aim to stand out from the crowd in my work with my clients by not simply prioritizing getting the job done, but also striving to leave them with stronger internal capabilities than when I came. I love working with people to design solutions that they can support and improve upon. I make sure they know how and why it all came together and empower them to tackle the future.
When I'm not bringing order to chaos with my clients, you will find me hiking with my dog around the hills of Northern California.
